To ensure equitable access to our information and care, we provide free auxiliary aids (such as written information in other formats) and language services (such as qualified interpreters) to people with disabilities or whose primary language is not English. Grievance Procedure

If you believe that Natural State Recovery Centers has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, you can file a grievance with our Compliance Department at 10025 Oakland Dr., North Little Rock, AR 72118, or via email at admissions@naturalstaterecovery.com.
