Admissions helps you sort through safety, timing, insurance, and what needs to happen first, without pressure to have every answer ready.

- A real person answers, any hour. Often someone who has been where you are. Just say what is going on.
- Within the hour
- We listen, then assess. What is happening medically, emotionally, and practically. We check your insurance for you.
- That same day
- You get a starting point. Detox, residential, or outpatient, based on the assessment, not a generic program track.
- As soon as you are ready
- You arrive and settle in. Bring a week of clothes and your prescriptions. If you cannot get here, we can help arrange a ride.
