You do not need to know whether detox, residential, PHP, IOP, or outpatient treatment is the right fit before you reach out. You don't have to be sure, and you don't have to be done. Thirty seconds of willingness is plenty.
When you call- A real person answers, any hour. Often someone who has been where you are. Just say what is going on.
Within the hour- We listen, then assess. What is happening medically, emotionally, and practically. We check your insurance for you.
That same day- You get a starting point. Detox, residential, or outpatient, based on the assessment, not a generic program track.
As soon as you are ready- You arrive and settle in. Bring a week of clothes and your prescriptions. If you cannot get here, we can help arrange a ride.
