Common Questions
Answers, before you call
Starting treatment is a big decision. These are the questions we hear most from clients and families. If yours isn't here, contact us or call (501) 319-7074. We answer 24/7.
Insurance & Cost
Insurance is confusing, especially in a crisis. Let us take the lead: call us and we verify your benefits for you. And don't let insurance be a deterrent to calling. If we're not in your network, we'll help point you in the right direction.
NSRC accepts most major plans, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Ambetter
- UnitedHealthcare
- UMR
- TRICARE West
- VA Community Care
Note: NSRC can work with most major insurance providers; however traditional State Medicaid and Medicare will not cover treatment.
Accepted Payments: Credit Cards, Private Insurance, Checks, Payment Plans (case by case basis)
Call anyway. Our staff will connect you with resources, and nobody will make you feel bad for asking. We answer 24/7 at (501) 319-7074.

Family & Loved Ones
Yes, mail is collected and delivered Monday–Saturday. Telephone calls are allowed during designated times.
Important: All clients experience a mandatory 10-day blackout period beginning at admission. During this time, clients may receive mail but not phone calls. This allows clients to settle into treatment and build their recovery foundation.
Addiction lands on the whole family, not just one person. The Family Program at NSRC supports the people around our clients: spouses, parents, kids, and anyone else carrying the weight of someone's substance use.
Family systems are extremely resilient, and with proper support and therapy, families do find happiness and balance. Families that enter their own therapeutic process learn effective ways to manage stress and crisis, and dramatically improve the chances of their loved one achieving long-term recovery.
Elements of the family program:
- Family counseling referrals
- Skills training/coaching
- Community support groups (Al-Anon)
- Education
