At Natural State Recovery Centers, finding what coverage you have can be complex and confusing. Let us take the lead and guide you through the verification of your benefits process.
NSRC accepts most major plans, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Ambetter
- UnitedHealthcare
- UMR
- TRICARE West
- VA Community Care
Note: NSRC can work with most major insurance providers; however traditional State Medicaid and Medicare will not cover treatment.
Accepted Payments: Credit Cards, Private Insurance, Checks, Payment Plans (case by case basis)
7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Every effort is made to admit clients as soon as possible.
Meals are prepared onsite by the Culinary Director.
- Breakfast: 7 AM
- Lunch: Noon
- Dinner: 5 PM
- Schedule may vary slightly on weekends
- Snacks provided two times a day plus vending machine access
- Outpatient: lunch provided and served at noon
Yes, mail is collected and delivered Monday–Saturday. Telephone calls are allowed during designated times.
Important: All clients experience a mandatory 10-day blackout period beginning at admission. During this time, clients may receive mail but not phone calls. This allows clients to settle into treatment and build their recovery foundation.
