Katherine "Kat" Seidl is dedicated to demonstrating that recovery is not only possible but can be a deeply meaningful and even joyful process of personal growth. In her role as a Clinical Therapist for Residential Treatment, she provides client-centered, evidence-based individual and group therapy. Kat utilizes a range of specialized modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster emotional stability and self-empowerment.

Kat brings a wealth of experience to Natural State Recovery Center, having worked in the substance abuse treatment field since 2010 and as a Licensed Master Social Worker since 2021. Her extensive background includes serving as a Director for Phoenix Recovery Center, where she focused on community re-entry for formerly incarcerated individuals, and providing acute mental health care as a Behavioral Health Social Worker at CHI St. Vincent. Kat's multifaceted expertise spans transitional housing, behavioral health, and medical case management, all of which she leverages to provide comprehensive, strength-based support to her clients.
