About Haley
Haley Creekmore is driven by the mission to help individuals rediscover the joy in their lives through the recovery process. As the Lead Clinician of Outpatient Services, she manages the clinical team, conducts intakes and discharges, and provides direct individual therapy to clients. Haley brings 12 years of social work experience to the team, including seven years specifically focused on addiction treatment. When not supporting client transformations, she enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with their two German Shepherds.
